Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCustomer Service RepresentativeIn this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Bolingbrook, IL.Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing courteous and efficient service.Accurately enter customer orders into the system, verify order details, and process order changes or cancellations as needed.Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and technical issues, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and answer inquiries.Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and order status.Maintain accurate customer records, update customer information, and document all interactions in our CRM system.Work closely with other departments, such as sales, shipping, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Identify and suggest areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.Experience with order entry systems and processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
