As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, machinery, and plant systems within the SoyPlus Plant, Elevator, and SoyChlor Plant. You willConfigure, modify, and test electrical systems in plant.Program and replace VFDs (variable frequency drive).Install, maintain, diagnose issues, and repair all types of electrical equipment including actuators, conduit, motors, PLCs (programmable logic controller), starters, switches, valves, wiring, and more.Recommend and implement innovative ideas to improve equipment and system design.Be responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations.Follow all safety guidelines regulated by Landus Cooperative, OSHA, or other regulatory agencies.And more!Requirements:Required Qualifications:Must have a valid state drivers license.Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds.Two - four years electrical or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Working knowledge of 480/277 and 208/120 volt systems.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and related experience and/or training.Good computer skills and mechanical skills.COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS:At Landus, we're dedicated to your well-being and success.
