Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Guest Services Assistant to be the welcoming face of an organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a positive experience for visitors, staff, and program participants.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, and direct individuals to the appropriate resources.Manage incoming calls, mail, and office supplies while keeping records and files organized.Provide information and referrals to individuals seeking housing assistance and community services.Maintain meeting room schedules, staff calendars, and ensure office operations run smoothly.Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold our mission-driven values.What You Bring:Associates degree in business administration or equivalent experienceExperience in a receptionist, guest services, or administrative support role (non-profit experience is a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative toolsPay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hourSearch managed by: Amaka Mozie Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
