Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Manager in Grand Prairie, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our customer service operations. You will lead a team of customer service specialists, manage key accounts, and work to provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: Lead a team of customer service specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships Utilize CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner Take ownership of customer issues and work towards resolution Foster a detail oriented customer service culture within the team Utilize Excel and Power BI to compile and analyze reports Ensure all customer service actions and discussions are accurately documented. Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service managerial role. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential. Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required. Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally. Proven experience in auditing and account management. Proficiency in consultative sales techniques. Ability to work with Account Executives effectively and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced Excel formulas. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is desirable.
