Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Client Services Associate in the financial services industry, based in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our clients and our wealth advisors, providing first-rate support and contributing to a smooth and personalized client experience. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, managing inbound calls and emails from clients Understand and respond to client needs by providing timely and accurate information Facilitate client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other essential activities Collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery Stay updated with our products/services to provide comprehensive support Participate in the creation of client service strategies to enhance the customer experience Handle client documentation and maintain accuracy in records and data entry Monitor client accounts, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance Assist in the onboarding process for new clients Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Proven experience in the financial services sector Familiarity with the banking industry and its practices Proficiency in executing wire transfers and funds transfers Demonstrable expertise in wealth management Exceptional client service skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in using financial software and tools Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
