Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team near Clifton, NJ on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and queries efficiently. This role also includes the management of customer accounts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities: Handle a variety of customer calls, including commercial and health plans. Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records. Assist in answering inbound and outbound calls. Handle email correspondence with customers in a detail-oriented manner. Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks. Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Provide superior call center customer service. Assist with additional responsibilities as the situation warrants Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner Previous experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry call center Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve inquiries and complaints Proficiency in data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Experience with email correspondence and ability to compose clear and concise messages Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and management
