Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves handling various tasks related to customer service and account management.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Engage in full-service client transactions in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and multiple computer systems and applications to find information and resolve issues. Manage customer accounts, including handling cash and other daily transactions. Process complex transactions and conduct extensive research to address complex customer inquiries. Listen attentively to customer cues to actively solve problems with grace and integrity. Use Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database tools to maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer satisfaction. Interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers. Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel and other tools to perform duties efficiently. Contribute to the success of the team by improving and delivering personalized service based on individual customer needs. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential Experience with CRM systems is required Strong knowledge of database management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a necessity Demonstrated experience in Customer Account management Proven track record in achieving high Customer Satisfaction rates Extensive background in providing exceptional Customer Service Solid experience in managing Customer Success initiatives Previous experience in Export Customer Service is desirable Prior experience in Import Customer Service is advantageous
