It is expected that the successful candidate will spend 3/4 of their time on Employment Law and spend 1/4 of their time on ancillary matters such as wills/trusts/real estate. We are willing to train the right candidate!Admission in New York is a substantial plus.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing demand letters, Complaints, discovery requests and responses; communication with clients and adversaries; research, preparation of motions/oppositions to motions; preparing for and engaging in mediations and depositions. The position is based at our headquarters in Wall Twp, NJ.
