Respond to routing customer inquiries. Essential duties of a Customer Service Representative are:Review and process orders, inquiries and other transactions.Make promise date commitments to customers as required and follow through to insure that commitments are either met or the customer receives as much advance notice as possible.Handle incoming routine customer calls.Actively engage in continuous improvement programs.Perform any other responsibilities as assigned. Customer Service Representative requirements are:High School diploma or equivalentOne year customer service experienceData Entry experienceBilingual in Spanish is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills and good keyboard skillsBackground in a call center environmentAble to work in a fast paced environmentExperience with CRM system, Oracle and SalesforceThis is a Full Time, long term opportunityMonday through Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm Includes 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid 45 minute lunch breakPay Rate: $18.00-$25.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
