As a Customer Service Representative, you will be key in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our firm.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries. Ensure effective data entry and order entry tasks. Schedule appointments as necessary and provide call center customer service. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain accurate records. Contribute to email correspondence with customers to address their queries and concerns. Play a part in the billing process by creating work orders for specific accounts. Maintain and reconcile landfill transfer station accounts for accuracy. Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries efficiently Experience in a call center customer service environment Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional customer service Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy Competency in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly Experience with both inbound and outbound calling Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Experience in order entry and processing Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
