Job DescriptionJob Description Apply for tomorrows opportunity today, with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Provider Contact Center Agent in Tucson, Arizona. As a Provider Contact Center Agent, you will: Handle inbound calls and emails from healthcare providers regarding workers compensation claims and billing inquiries Assist providers with questions about claim status, payment information, and bill processing Verify provider and patient information in the system to ensure accuracy Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate records of all provider interactions and resolutions Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling and quality Stay updated on internal workflows and policies Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Strong critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proven customer service experience Strong typing skills Proficiency in using computer systems and software Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Medical billing and coding skills High school diploma or equivalent Pay Rate: $18.75 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
