Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob descriptionLICENSED PLUMBER - JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER NEEDED!Residential and Commercial PlumbingPay - $40/hour, plus OT pay, benefits from day one!Job Description: Installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Working alongside General Contractors, Electricians, and other construction subcontractors Reading blueprints and construction plans Respond to calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies Customer service! Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required Preparation of bids, budgets, and cost estimates Keeping record of time spent per job, description of work performed, and materials used each day Testing systems to ensure proper functionRequirements and Qualifications: Must be proficient with all tools used in the plumbing trade Must have knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings Familiarity and experience with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper piping, drain clearing, leak repair, pipe installation, water heater installs and repair Great communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently! Excellent problem solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math and measurement conversion Successful completion of drug screen and background check Valid Driver's License and clean MVR Ability to work any necessary OT
