We are currently accepting potential Candidates who meet the following: MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate Level? college students attending an accredited college/trade school. Desired course work/degree: ?BA-Business, Communications, or related field?. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university carrying a minimum of 12 Semester or 8 Quarter units (Copy of most recent transcript to be submitted at time of Interview/Registration) Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Candidates REQUIRED Commitments:Availability (onsite) of a maximum of 20 hours per week (Intern works hours may vary and be mutually agreeable between the intern and supervisor)Internship START DATE: Monday - June 02, 2025Able to COMMIT to the DURATION of the Internship through Friday - October 24, 2025. ???INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION: Under direction, performs a wide variety of specialized intra-day operations activities, duties in support of Customer Service Department; the purpose of the position is based on the operational needs of the assigned department; provides operational guidance and recommendations which require an in-depth knowledge of Customer Service operational processes, billings, general services, and reporting within an omni-channel environment; interacts with department management staff and general employees including Billing and remote work from home staff; reviews, assesses, develops and monitors data and department metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met which may include customized reporting, analytics, production forecasts, scheduling and service level agreements; provides support to department Call Center Operations, Billing and Training/Quality Assurance; performs related duties as assigned.?
