Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOscoda Plastics manufacturer of accessories for the Duro-Last Roofing System along with Protect-All flooring and ProFlex vinyl expansion joints and roofing accessories, is looking to grow their manufacturing team. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with $1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. All hourly employees receive WEEKLY PAY!! This position is also eligible to take part in the company's annual bonus program.Position Responsibilities:Production Associates will be assisting their fellow team members in:Making a high-quality product, free of defects, to fulfill customers needs and expectations. Learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing proceduresAccurately complete all required production paperworkAttend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetingsKeep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guestsAll other duties as assignedPosition Requirements:High School Diploma or GED is required At least 18 years of ageAble to work in a team and have initiative to get the job doneMust be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background checkBend, push, carry, lift up to 50 poundsAvailable to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessaryMust have open availability to work any shiftPrevious manufacturing experience is highly desiredPosition Benefits:We offer a safe and clean work environment with excellent full-time benefits.
