In addition to providing exceptional patient care for all individuals with hearing loss, we are extremely proud to be a preferred provider for our nations veterans.New AuD graduates are welcome to applyResponsibilities:Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations and make recommendations for the best hearing aid solution for the clientWork with adults, seniors, and some pediatric patientsConduct hearing aid fittingsRecommend hearing treatment by educating clients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help support clients on their journey to better hearingEngage with community at virtual and in-person events to promote Gold Country Hearing & Balance and healthy hearing habitsQualifications:AuD degreeCurrent registration and licensure in Hearing Aid Dispensing in CaliforniaExtensive knowledge of a wide range of hearing instruments for adult hearing audiometryProficiency with multiple hardware/software platforms required for successful dispensing of advanced hearing instrumentsMust enjoy and be comfortable with the sales process and have a proven background of success selling hearing aidsSuperior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer serviceExceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills______________________________________________________________________________While this is a highlight of what youll do, what youll receive is great, too: Excellent base + bonus compensation ($93,000-$156,000)401(k), Medical, Dental and VisionOther perksContinuing education & mentorshipAn amazing team of colleagues and leadersGold Country Hearing & Balance welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
