Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an integral member of the Easter Seals TN team, focusing on the whole person and providing person-centered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children. The ABA Center/Clinic the BCBA this is a full-time salaried position that focuses on leading the ABA services for the West TN region.Responsibilities and Duties:Completes comprehensive assessments for new clientsWrites an effective behavior support planDevelops client specific therapeutic goals and objectivesTrack, interpret, maintain, and analyze data to determine next steps in the clients treatment planMaintain accurate notes and assist with generating documents for the billing departmentTrains, manages, supervises, and evaluates Behavior Technicians to meet client objectives and staff competenciesComplete progress reports monthly and/or annually to track program performance.Complete client progress updates and submit to insurance by due datesQUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: National Certified Board Certified Behavior AnalystTN State Licensed Behavior AnalystAbility to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systemsAbility to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to lead and direct superviseesCertification and License:BCBA National CertificationTN State Licensed Behavior AnalystBenefits:Competitive SalaryEmployer paid life insuranceLong term disability70% paid health insurancePaid holidaysGenerous PTO and other benefitsWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Requirements:
