We are professional, innovative and our goal is to supply our customers with quality fabrication & machining.Our work environment includes:Relaxed atmosphereCasual work attireFlexible working hoursResponsibilities:- Set up, program, and operate Milltronics CNC machines to perform tasks- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining operations- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processesRequirements:- Previous experience programing Milltronics CNC mills and lathes- Knowledge of feeds and speeds with different materials- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations- Knowledge of tooling and materials handling- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings- Familiarity with quality control proceduresJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offSchedule:8-hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsOvertimeEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:CNC programming: 2 years (Preferred)About:Our company has proudly provided quality, fabrication, welding, and machining services since 1981.
