Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Overseeing daily store operations while providing support and encouraging open communication and feedbackConducting hiring interviews, providing ongoing coaching of team members and lead expectations by example, and preparing and post weekly work schedulesEnsuring that new team members are trained and inducted in accordance with Subway training requirementsMaintaining business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual. Analyzes business records to increase salesInvoicing, ordering, and daily bankingManaging cash variances and food cost, including wasteEnsuring that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followedMaintaining equipment and reporting maintenance problemsProviding a high standard of customer service in dealing with sales, inquiries and complaintsJOB REQUIREMENTS:One (1) year restaurant and/or food service industry experience (front of house or back of house) OR management experience preferred or other relevant supervisory experienceAdvanced organizational skills and detail orientedProblem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with a strong work ethicMust be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.STB,.
