If so, we want you to join our team!Kitchen Manager Compensation:Excellent Quality of Life 45-50 hoursBase salary to 75k plus bonusCompany contribution to medical, dental, visionLTD, STD & Whole Life insuranceKitchen Manager Responsibilities:Coach teammates on delivering an excellent guest experience.Train staff to anticipate, identify, and resolve guest concerns.Provide feedback on how actions impact the guest experience.Positively engage with guests and solicit feedback.Handle and follow up on guest concerns, escalating as necessary.Ensure quality maintenance of restaurant facilities by aligning with management and vendors.Kitchen Manager Operations Leadership:Model company standards and expected behaviors for managers and teammates.Teach and embody company values and culture.Train team members on new menu items and operational standards.Create and manage staff schedules.Coach teammates on operational excellence, maintenance, and facilities.Motivate and provide feedback to improve team performance.Deliver constructive performance feedback and assist with disciplinary action when needed.Develop leadership skills in self and team members.Kitchen ManagerFinancial Performance:Establish goals for inventory control, sales growth, and guest satisfaction.Identify and communicate performance improvement areas.Analyze sales trends and initiate programs to drive sales.Learn and apply financial management skills, including profit vs. loss statements, forecasting, and budgeted scheduling.Kitchen Manager Requirements:The right candidate should have the following experience and qualities:Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar.Strong computer skills (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.).Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented mindset.Ability to develop, engage, and coach team members.Passion for the hospitality industry with a focus on exceptional guest and employee experiences.Physical capability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
