Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a contract, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team based in Hamburg, New York. As an Office Assistant, you will be involved in processing client applications, maintaining accurate client records, and resolving client inquiries. You will also be in charge of monitoring client accounts and taking the necessary action. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process client credit applications Maintain precise client credit records Handle inquiries from clients and provide them with the necessary information Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use CRM for client management and time tracking Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Perform various clerical duties and billing functions to ensure smooth office operations.Job Requirements for Office Assistant: Familiarity with various Computer Programs Proficient in using CRM systems Ability to provide solutions and Answer customer queries effectively Experience in Answering Inbound Calls Ability to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
