In this role, you will play a critical part in the planning and execution of our projects by providing accurate cost estimates and assessments. Your expertise in waterproofing applications, materials, and industry standards will enable you to develop comprehensive estimates that align with project requirements, ensuring successful outcomes for both our clients and our organization.Key Responsibilities:Project Evaluation & Analysis: Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of project specifications, objectives, and unique requirements.Technical Assessment: Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and other project documentation to accurately determine the scope of work.Detailed Cost Estimation: Utilize industry-standard software and tools to develop precise project estimates, including material quantities, labor costs, subcontractor fees, and project timelines.Vendor & Market Research: Conduct thorough research on materials, suppliers, and subcontractors to identify cost-effective and high-quality solutions that align with project needs.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work in coordination with internal teams, including project management, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution from estimation to completion.Client Engagement: Prepare and present comprehensive cost estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or modifications they may have.Regulatory & Industry Compliance: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry best practices and safety standards.Process Improvement: Continuously refine estimation processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and competitiveness.Qualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus).Minimum of two (2) years of experience in construction waterproofing estimation or a related field.Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project details to clients and internal teams.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Working Conditions:Office-based position with occasional travel to corporate office or job sites for inspections, meetings, or evaluations.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds when handling project materials or documents.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality waterproofing solutions, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting assets and the environmentone seamless layer at a time!vBenefits:Competitive Compensation PackageMedical + Dental + Vision Coverage401K + Company MatchLife Insurance + Long Term Disability Coverage - 100% Company PaidHealth Savings Account (HSA)Gym Reimbursement ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramWellness Check Program - Insurance Premium DiscountsEAP ResourcesPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Company DescriptionAll resumes received are strictly confidential and reviewed exclusively by our HR & Recruiting team.
