Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract employment opportunity. This role is based in Chicago, Illinois, 60604, United States, and is within the industry. The successful candidate will be primarily tasked with coordinating customer accounts, making outbound phone calls, and maintaining records.Responsibilities: Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate. Review client documentation regularly in order to maintain a high level of accuracy. Make outbound phone calls as per the provided script. Cooperate with the internal team to coordinate minor account details. Analyze data and collaborate with the internal team to resolve any discrepancies. Use Microsoft Office 365 for various administrative tasks. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service. Manage email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Previous experience in a call center customer service role is necessary Strong data entry skills to ensure accurate customer records Expertise in managing both inbound and outbound calls Excellent email correspondence skills to respond to customer inquiries promptly Familiarity with Office 365 to manage customer information and perform administrative tasks Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
