Low Voltage Technician

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, terminating, and testing copper Cat6 data cable, and fiber optic cable in large construction sites and small installs.Experience in Security, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems is a plus but not required as we will train the right candidate.The successful candidate must have transportation and be reliable. They must also pass a nationwide background check and random drug tests.Responsibilities: Read & understand blueprints Install, terminate & test data cable for wired and wireless data networks Install, terminate & test fiber optic cable inside buildings Install, terminate, splice & test fiber optic outside plantQualifications: 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems Experience in any of the followingo Copper data cablingo Fiber optic cablingo Access controlo Securityo CCTVo Fire alarm systems Ability to complete installations in a timely manner Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills NICET Certification a plus BICSI Certification a plusCompany DescriptionKituwah Global Government Group, LLC (KG3) is the government contracting arm of The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI).
