Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary: Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in physician office under direction of Physician, by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned. Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and health care needs Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis based on patients condition Prepares a comprehensive patient care plan Periodically reviews the health care plan and goals of individual patients Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy or inhalation therapy Refers patients to specialist for treatment Complies with ACRMC Code of ConductNurse Practitioner will work at all ACRMC Family Medicine clinics in Adams and Brown counties.
