Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual Call Center AgentRole: Contract Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Senior Call Center Agent to join our team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to customer service and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.Manage and process various types of records.Participate in intensive training on medical plans.Undergo a structured training program.Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Update internal databases with information about customer interactions.Monitor and address customer complaints.Calmly answer customer questions about the programs offered.Share customer feedback with relevant departments to improve services.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish and English.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.Minimum of 3 years of call center experience.Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a supportive staff.Role requires resilience and the ability to handle difficult situations.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a background in call center operations, we encourage you to apply.Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Karla Hernandez Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
