Accounts Payable Associate

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPartners Professional is currently assisting our client in sourcing an Accounts Payable Specialist for their location in New Bedford MA. This position will be onsite and is currently being offered as a contract-to- hire role. We are seeking experience in full-cycle AP including coding, matching, invoice packaging, adjustments, credits, payments, and wires. Having experience with handling inventory POs and freight billing would be a plus. You must reside in a location with a comfortable commute to New Bedford with the hours of 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday.Qualifications: Accounts payable full cycle processing 3 years minimum Accounting software system- please list on resume MS Excel Spreadsheets, data entry and maintenance ERP experience will be given extra consideration Reporting and reconciliation Demonstrated attention to detail and organization.
