Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an EXPERIENCED MACHINIST to join our team! You will operate and repair a variety of machines and mechanical instruments.Responsibilities:Operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instrumentsModify parts and materials to improve overall productionTest completed equipment to detect and remove defectsPerform routine maintenance on machineryCalculate dimensions and tolerance using measuring instrumentsQualifications:Previous experience in machinery or other related fieldsFamiliarity machine tools and equipmentStrong analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detailStrong mechanical background is needed, this position will require assembly of components and machinery as well as machining partsCompany DescriptionFamily owned and operated machine shop in business since 2011. We manufacture custom parts and custom equipment with very minimal production-type parts.
