Many of our team members have been with us for 10-30 years, and we're eager to add someone who is excited about both sales and estimating to help us expand.About the Opportunity:We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales/Estimator to join our team. This is the perfect role for a candidate with strong sales experience, though we're open to training someone in estimating if they have solid sales skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the roofing industry and eager to help grow our business. You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, meeting with prospective clients, conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, and securing new business in Granby and the surrounding counties. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads and actively prospect for new businessConduct onsite roof inspections and communicate with potential clientsPrepare, present, and calculate bids using Excel, Word, Adobe, BlueBeam, and Roof CADBuild and maintain strong relationships with HOA's, property managers, and ownersParticipate in sales meetings and conference callsAssist with market research and prioritize projects for biddingCommunicate project details with Project Managers and Field SuperintendentsTravel and inspect job sites in all types of weather, including climbing, reaching, bending, and crawling as necessaryRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of strong sales experience is requiredMinimum 2 years of roofing experience preferredKnowledge of roofing methods, materials, and systems preferredAbility to analyze and problem-solve effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and relevant softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to travel and inspect job sites in various weather conditionsValid driver's license in good standingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experienceIncentive-based bonus structure, with the opportunity to earn based on company-wide performance goalsCompany vehicle and gas cardMonday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMHealth insurance, with dental and vision optionsPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysRelocation assistance available during your transition periodFull-time, on-site position with a supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity for professional growth and long-term career advancement in a company with a strong community cultureOffice located in Granby, CO How to Apply:Applicants may apply in one of the following ways:Directly on this job board by following the application instructions provided.Through our company's hiring portal at
