Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionJOB DETAILSBase pay starts at $15.00 per hour, plus a $0.30 differential pay.Shift: Tuesday - Friday - 12:00 pm - 10:30 pmDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various industrial machinery while ensuring high-quality production standards and workplace safety.Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machineryPerform regular equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenanceExecute production assignments according to specifications and quality standardsMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustmentsFollow strict safety protocols and proceduresReport equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisionMaintain accurate production records and documentationParticipate in workplace housekeeping and organizationCollaborate with team members to achieve production goalsSupport cross-training initiatives and continuous improvement effortsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or production environmentDemonstrated experience operating industrial machinery and equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructionsProficiency in using various hand tools and measuring instrumentsBasic math and computer skills requiredAbility to lift up to 40 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistExcellent attention to detail and quality consciousnessStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work second shift and adjust to schedule changes as neededKnowledge of safety procedures and quality control standardsExperience in metal/materials industry preferredDemonstrated reliability and dependabilityCommitment to workplace safety and cleanlinessAdditional InformationSite Address: 7747 Manchester Hwy, Morrison, TN 37357Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
