Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing facility in North Andover, MA. We are looking for experienced Manufacturing Associates to join the growing team! These are temp to perm positions on 1st and 2nd shift! Pay Rate Range: $21/hr-$23/hrSchedule(s)/Hours: Monday- Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am-4:00pmJob Overview:The Production Helper works in our warehouse and production areas, assisting in the handling of materials and operation of high volume paper manufacturing machines, and preparation of finished paper products for shipment.Job Responsibilities:Set up and operate specific equipment that converts rolls of paperboard into sheets & coats and laminates rolls of paperboard into film and foil.Change oil and maintain fluids on machine when needed.Ability to maneuver rolls into position while maintaining the quality of material.Use power tools and heavy equipment to make sure parts are produced to company standard.Maintain a clear and safe working area to avoid any hazardous work spaces.Skills needed to be successful:Must have reliable transportation to commute to/from work and ability to communicate in written and spoken EnglishPrevious manufacturing or mechanic experienceBasic Measuring skillsProblem solving and critical thinking skillsAttention to detailA strong work ethicINTERESTED?
