As a part of our client's team, the Customer Service Representative will be tasked with managing customer queries through various communication channels, providing in-depth knowledge about our products and services, and maintaining updated records of customer interactions. This role is pivotal in our continued growth and success within the industry.Responsibilities: Managing customer inquiries effectively through email and on-site chat application. Providing comprehensive information about our range of products and services to customers. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues and concerns promptly. Documenting all customer interactions and updating their records accordingly. Continually developing and maintaining a broad knowledge base of our growing business. Possess strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly Proficient in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment
